Essential oil massages over a period of time often alleviate migraine. Most aromatherapists are trained how to deal with this problem, but you can also help your child at home.
Set a time when you can both relaxed and take phone of the hook–you are acting as therapist. Get the child to the face-down on the bed and massage.
Do this at least 15 minutes once a week, or if under stress. Use the following oils, either singly or in combination:

Chamomile Roman 5 drops
Grapefruit 10 drops
Peppermint 5 drops
Rosemary 3 drops
Children under seven. Diluted in 4 ounces vegetable or canola oil
Children over seven. Diluted in 2 ounces vegetable or canola oil.
The essential oils can be a great help to children who suffer migraine in many cases and sleep is one of the best remedies.
