Essential oils as insect Repellent
Actually both eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils are very good insect repellents, says Kal kotecha, an aromatherapist in Waterloo, Ontario. Combine three drops of each essential oil with three drops of Citronella essential oil, mix the oils into 1/2 ounce of unscented skin cream, and rub the cream on your skin before going outside.
- 1 regular size of organic avocado
- 1 Teaspoon of natural/organic honey
- 1 Fork
- 1 Small bowl
- 1 knife
1-Please Take the organic avocado and cut it an half with the knife, then the other half save it
in the refrigerator for the next day or just eat it for internal health.
2-Take the bowl and add inside the avocado and with the knife smash it,
then when is smashed add the natural/organic honey;
when you add the organic honey mix it with the knife very well.
3-when you finish with all the process mentioned above apply it to you face,
but after you have your face washed, and keep it on your face for 10-15 minutes;
then wash up your face.
